I honestly really like this table, it fits our space way better than our old table, I love the narrow rectangle shape. It is quite tall, maybe a little too tall - borderline too tall for me but everyone else in the house likes the height with the chairs we have so, I guess it's fine. It was fairly easy to assemble and didn't take very long to do so but it definitely has a couple issues. The finish feels a little rough, like it got dust in the finish before it cured, which a light sanding and polishing seemed to remedy on the top but it is all over the legs and supports so that will be a project for another day. THE REAL PROBLEM, is that it comes with wood blocks screwed into where the legs go to protect the corners from damage (I am guessing) however, someone picked up a too long of a screw when attaching the wood blocks for packing and it was long enough to cause damage to the top, as you can see in the pictures. A brand new table ruined by a screw that is was too long and it was decided to pack it for sale anyway. It is small and fixable I guess, by sanding and trying to match the black finish but it just seems like way more trouble than one should have to deal with when ordering a brand new table.. Jennifer.
