I’m extremely disappointed with this product. It arrived with several damaged parts, and it took us more than three hours to assemble. Many of the pre-drilled holes were not aligned with the screw holes, which made the assembly much more difficult than it should have been. On top of that, the instructions never mention that you need to leave a gap between the legs during assembly. I loved this table when we got it. There was a very large flaw about the size of a dollar bill that I decided to live with. Then the first time we used it my glass sweat on the surface and it left a mark. I thought it would dry, the mark remained. Every drip leaves a permanent mark. When I tried to wipe the whole area, I took the gray was off. That was unacceptable to me so I lightly sanded the surface, filled the hole, gray washeded the surface and then put a finish coat on the whole thing. The table was exactly what I expected, when you put the top together, you need to use a wood clamp at least 31 1/2” capacity to squeeze the two pieces together before you screw down the plates that hold it in a correct alignment, then there won’t be much of a gap. Mine came out with in tolerance. I couldn’t slide a piece of paper between them. But it definitely could use a coat or three of polyurethane to seal the table top, i will do it myself. Just a fyi! It’s easy to assemble, I spent 2-3 hours building because I tightened all the screws and had to unscrew to adjust the legs to fit. DON’T tighten screws all the way till the very end!
