This table is awesome, it does not come with an extension so stays the same size always. I love that it has the piece under the table to put things on. Its the perfect height, length and width. It does have a little gap but nothing to bad. This is a replacement table the first one came with the corner messed up up from shipping. I contacted wayfair and they went above and beyond to get me one thats not damaged. They also told me I could keep the damaged product or donate or give it away, and thats exactly what i did, a family who didnt have a table said they didnt mind the corner damage and would be happy to just have a table in there home. Love our new Kenia Extendable Table! Excited to be able to mix and match with the matching Kenia chairs and Allen’s Tufted Velvet chairs to seat 4, 6 or 8. We opted to set up the table at normal table height, but it comes with extra risers if you’d prefer to set it up at counter height. The table also includes a leaf to extend the table so it is a square - instead of rectangular. Loved the white glove delivery service. They set it up as a square and then took the leaf out. Edit: I had a custom made top created and replaced the original top. I love this table. We use it as a kitchen table as the space is narrow and we have 6 people who comfortably sit around this table on a daily basis. It’s easy to clean. I’ve had some very minor warping around the edges where the table connects from water spills but not super noticeable unless you’re looking. Even so, I have plans to eventually pay a carpenter to make a new table top for the dimensions of the legs if it eventually gets too warped.
