Assembly was a little tricky because the leaf did not align with the pre-drilled holes. Moving the hardware fixed this. It’s really nice for the price, but smaller than expected. It looks like solid wood, but the dimensions provided were false. The unextended length is 47 in and with extension only 59in. Beautiful table. Nice sleek style but be prepared for 1-2 replacements and needing to be present for delivery. I missed two delivery windows because I was not aware it came with white glove service even if you didnt request it. The first table came very damaged so they sent a replacement. That also had a minor paint issue and the hinges to extend the table did not work 100 I eventually worked out a compromise with wayfair because I was not confident a 3rd table wouldnt also be damaged and I was really attached to the length of the table because I have a large dining area. Very happy with the table. We wanted an extendable table that held the "leaves" within the table and was round when extended. The "racetrack" shape when the "butterfly wing/leaves" are retracted is cooler than a typical rectangle or oval. I also wanted a near white (but with some contrasting details) stone-like top which is very hard to find in an extendable table. The base appears to be slightly lighter brown in color in person than online, but I prefer that. Ignore the chairs in the pictures; we haven't picked out chairs for the new table yet. The extension mechanism (see photo) works very smoothly, and you can do with one hand and little strength. You can have neither extended, only 1 extended, or both extended which works well for our needs (kid comes home from college, etc). There's a tiny bit of uneven-ness in the height at one end of the leaves when extended, but probably only 2 mm (and maybe fixable if we tried.) Delivery was on time with excellent communication via texts and call and with updates for a narrower delivery window provided. They brought it in and assembled it for us. Happy with the purchase. Other places on-line had similar tables but not the exact same one. In particular, the stone top having the grey details seemed harder to find. The base of this table seems very sturdy yet is not wide enough to get in the way of anyone's legs and we have tall teenage boys. First time purchasers from Wayfair here so didn't know what expect. After looking at the local furniture companies with their outrageous prices we decided to go this route. A recent remodel required a whole new dining set. We bought the chairs locally but needed a table exactly as this one. Great quality, weight, ease of assembly and received quickly. The finish, weight, stability and quality is better than anything I saw here locally. The finish is a high gloss white and locks securely when the leaf is not engaged. One note....the table in the 'closed' position is listed as 36x36, it is not; it's 36x50 then when opened is 36x72. Fine for my area since I had the space but others needing the 36x36 dimensions may be in for a surprise. My chairs arrive next week and can't wait to see how they match. We opted for upholstered navy blue chairs to go with this set. We are currently looking at other furniture and home decor options from Wayfair.. Anonymous. Fri Nov 22 2024

OK, first of all let me just say we did have an issue with shipping. The first one arrived and it had a blemish on the top. It had been hit at some point during delivery, so we contacted Wayfair and they were more than happy to send us another table. So we returned that table and another table arrived about five days later and everything was great with it so Wayfair itself is great. FedEx probably needs to be a little more careful. Beautifully engineered and well built. Acacia veneer and solid hardwood are accentuated by large legs and thick tops.

The quality and feel of the table are really good. It can be expanded pretty easily as well. Only problem is that it doesn't come with chairs and it's pretty expensive. Though you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality alone.. Anonymous. Thu Jan 01 2026
