Love this! Sturdy and went up quickly and easily with 2 people, took about 2 hours. I would 100. It this again.. Padma. Las Cruces, NM. Sat Sep 05 2026

This was perfect for us and just what we were looking to add to our back porch on a tight budget. Took about 10 hours for us to complete with two people taking our time. Love that the kit includes extra hardware, so no worries if you drop and lose a screw, washer or small part. We attached it to our fascia but made sure to find the roof beams to screw into. it feels very solid once assembled and secured to the concrete footing, it doesn't shake or move at all. Couple of things to improve on or be aware of: 1. Some of the holes on the roof don't align when assembling, so we had to tap some additional holes, at the corners of the tin sheets you are trying to line up 5 holes. 2. Instructions were sufficient, but could certainly be more detailed, with larger/zoomed in images of how things line up...just more instructions and images would have been helpful. 3. be careful when assembling the cross beams of the roof, the screws tie into rivet nuts which can loose their grip if forced or too over tightened. Tip: apply a sealant over the screws on roof as you assemble the roof, we did not and it definitely leaked at the screws even with the plastic washers, so we have had to go back and apply a sealant around roof screws, wish we had done that as we assembled the roof. Also seal existing unused holes if you need to new holes in case they don't line up.. Robwells. Celina, Texas, United States. Wed Apr 15 2026

Turned out nice. Had this professionally installed and mounted the post in concrete blocks to give more stability. The metal pieces itself is lightweight aluminum but when connected together it’s sturdy. Only gripe are the shade connector poles. Their means of connecting could be improved because they slide off & disconnect from one another every now & then but so far holds up well with rain when shade is pulled back. Haven’t experienced any serious windy conditions yet to speak on so we’ll see. So far overall all good.. Bryant. Miami, FL. Thu Jun 01 2023

It’s perfect for what I needed. I initially set out to find an aluminum model, but this one ended up being an excellent choice. It gets quite windy in my area, so I really appreciate the additional weight and stability. Assembly went fairly smoothly, although I did have to get a little creative when fitting some of the connectors that join the beams together (time waster for sure, better QA is needed). A good soft mallet definitely comes in handy for getting everything seated properly without damaging the parts. I was also missing one component when the package arrived, but the replacement was shipped within a couple of days. Fortunately, it wasn’t a part that prevented me from completing the assembly and there were no damaged parts. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and feel it was a great fit for my needs.. Good customer service, but delivery took a while We ordered this pergola in July, and it was supposed to arrive in six packages. A couple appeared to get lost in transit and had to be resent, and we were still missing a few pieces once the boxes arrived. I believe we received the final package in September. Thankfully, everyone we dealt with was helpful and easy to work with, and they sent the missing items fairly quickly once we contacted them. My husband and I assembled it in roughly five hours. A third person would have made a few steps easier, but we managed just fine with the two of us. Overall, it meets our needs and provides some shelter for our outdoor seating area.
