Im somewhere between 4 and 5 on this. The packaging is horrible so many parts were damaged. Wayfair gets a 5 out of 5 for getting replacements ordered for me quickly. The replacements were packed just as poorly so some got damaged as well but they sent extras so it was not a problem. Sent from the manufacturer so none of that is Wayfairs fault. Instructions were just okay. Not always super clear. Some bolts really wanted to cross thread. Im happy with the look and function. Its not going to keep every drop of water out in a storm but itll do an adequate job. It could be a little sturdier but I dont think you can find better for the price. Im telling everyone about Wayfair customer service. I expected to have to contact the manufacturer myself and be lucky to get a response. Blown away when Wayfair handled it all parts were shipped within a day or two.. Kasey. Sun Jul 19 2026

The hard, tinted screens block UV rays, resist wind and rain, and offer semi-transparent privacy that keeps your space sheltered while still letting in natural light. Unlike fabric, they won’t tear, fade, or mildew, so you get long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance.

Omg massive! Make sure you have extra hands to help carry this inside. The boxes arrived in ok shape. A bit beat up but thats to be expected with such heavy boxes. It took 2 days to get installed. Well worth the weight and wait.. Kyiah. Las Vegas, NV. Tue Jul 07 2026

The description of this patio pergola is totally false. The columns are very flimsy and would not hold up to any weather conditions as mentioned. As we were assembling, the screw rivets popped out of the metal being completely unusable. The directions also were ridiculous.. Terry. US. Mon Jul 13 2026

This is a great pergola if you have limited backyard space and want more shade sometimes, and more sun sometimes. I love that it’s retractable! Good quality product. Assembly was good but one step would be safer with three people. Only negative comment could be a little sturdier. There is more flex in the structure than I would expect. Maybe because it’s not wood, I’m not sure. I don’t think that will cause problems but was unexpected.. Ian. Calabogie, ON. Mon Aug 03 2020

Extra large, with modern conveniences, Outsunny offers you an aluminum pergola to fit a crowd without feeling crowded. Keep the canopy closed to get rid of glare and stop sunburns underneath, or open the top to let the sunshine. Our patio pergola is made with a wood-grain aluminum frame for the look of wood with greater durability. It also features a set of ground stakes and expansion screws for year-round all-terrain use. Get out, get comfortable, get Outsunny.

Looks great, seems sturdy, has held up to multiple rainstorms. The installation instructions, however, are not great and I had to redo some parts because of it. I knew from reading previous reviews that this would be the case and tried to thoroughly figure out the instructions beforehand but still had issues. The magnet is also odd, I have to reach up and pull it off every time I want to use it.. Kaleigh. US. Mon Aug 26 2024

Oasisphere Retractable Pergola with LED Lights, 10x12 ft Aluminum Outdoor Canopy, Modern Patio Sun Shade

For the Price - This thing is Great. I am really enjoying and so far, holding up steady. I live in the almost always Sunny, Southern California so it has not had to endure much weather related pressure, however it has rained twice. The wind will blow the shade off the magnets and it slides, unless you strap it down with the Provided velcro wrap. My problem is that I am too short to reach it so it would require a step ladder for me every time I want to open or close it... so I personally just leave it unstrapped, and if it blows open too far, i just push it back. also the wind blowing the shade can cause a bit of noise as the fasteners that slide the shade back and forth make a bit of a clanging. Nothing you can't get used to, as I already have. but initially it could be annoying. Since the columns are metal, you can actually hang up magnets on them for an added personal decor that isn't permanent like a sticker. The lighting strip that is built in works good, however, it is extremely dim lighting, mainly gives alil ambiance but does not light up the space fully, so I added a wrapped sting of lights from pole to pole that I already had and definitely helped. Otherwise, I love it... the heighth of it gives a nice cover patio feel and the ability to open or close the shade is the BEST part, so I am very happy.. Dara. Lakewood, CA. Mon May 18 2026

We really like the design of the canopy and it was relatively easy to put up. However, a few things to note... (1) this will take multiple people to assemble. (2) I wish the poles in the canopy locked in tighter. We did learn to only ever pull the canopy open and closed by the center or else you risk the poles separating. (3) The rain fly seems to collect water so after a heavy rain you have to do something to empty it. But otherwise we are really liking it and it has greatly expanded our outdoor usage of the deck..
