Make sure you are putting them the correct way or else you will work twice. They should all face the same way and side just like the 1st and 2nd ones thst are controlled with the arm. Amazing value for the money. My husband and I built it in about 3-4 hours. It would have been nice to have a 3rd person helping, but it wasn’t necessary. Instructions were perfect. Great quality! I would buy this again without a doubt!. Stali. Fort Worth, TX. Mon Apr 19 2021
