This was obviously before filling it. The initial warm up took 3 days, as the water we filled it with was around 40 degrees. We have no issues so far after a week of use and are overall happy with this “plug and play” hot tub. It easily fits our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Spa works great, wired up to 220 watt. Cycles during a 12 hour period. Rating for spa only, not drlivery. There are a bundle of wires to stuff back into the access panel and where the screws attack to the body of the tub are inset and have only a little hole making it hard to line up See an issue down the line with this.Delivery was another story. When the guys tried to get it through the doorway they didnt unpin the screen door retracter, bent the retracter and the door to the point it demolished the bottom of it, had to replace the door. This hot tub was better than I expected. Larger than I thought. 7 is a stretch but 4 adults would be fine. My son is 6'3 in the photo. Jets are decent. Eventually I may switch to 220V. Right now it is fine but it is also Summer. I wish the cord was longer. I have to rotate it to get to the plug to reach the outlet. The seating surface isn't as smooth as it my older version, but that is good for anti-slip. The cover and the stairs were nice additions so everything fits nicely.. Jabez. Holland, MI. Wed Jun 25 2025
