This was so easy to set I’m a female that is only 5 ft tall once I had it place the inflation was so easy. I did watch a YouTube video to make sure I was doing it correctly. Took 2 hrs to fill it and about 20 hrs to heat . The only thing that I feel would be helpful is if they could supply some starter chemicals for spa hot tub. Hot tub is perfectly fine but the delivery experience was not great. Delivery was to a ski condo in Vermont so admittedly a remote location but they only sent 2 guys and could barely get it off the truck safely let alone move it to any location besides the driveway. This was the best experience I've had with a hot tub delivery. I was nervous with the weight of the hot tub and trying to move it to the location i wanted it in the yard after delivery. I was able to hook up the crate to my zero turn with a strap and drag it perfectly fine to the location i wanted it. So easy. This hot tub looks amazing once it is set up. The wood panels make it stand out from the others. Worked like a dream right out of the box. The power cord is very long. Just make sure you take the side panel off to unwrap it and pull it through.
