Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. This seven-person hot tub creates a relaxing retreat for everyday wellness and entertaining. The LS700DX by Lifesmart Spas features 90 powerful jets, a spacious open-seating design, two 2.5 HP pumps, an illuminated waterfall, and multi-color underwater LED lighting for a customizable hydrotherapy experience. The integrated ozone water care system helps keep water sparkling clean with fewer chemicals, while full-foam insulation and the thermal locking cover help retain heat for lasting energy efficiency. Plus, certified safety and efficiency standards provide added confidence every time you unwind.

It works great the hydromassage system really provides a relaxing experience and has great power, and the lights make it look even better at night. I’m not giving it 5 stars because the texture is a bit rough, but considering the price-to-quality ratio, it’s something that can be fixed with a little polishing.. Anonymous. US. Fri Sep 25 2026

Prioritize relaxation with the Insight acrylic spa, offering powerful hydrotherapy with 34 two-tone adjustable stainless-steel jets, 86 ports and a 5BHP 2-speed pump. This hot tub has been fantastic! We have used it year round with no problems. Tub is simple, basic, and solid. Our climate here deep freezes, and we just throw a moving blanket or 2 over the lid when we expect sub zero temps. Its really an efficient little tub. Idk about 7, but 4 people seat comfortably.. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if youre hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a 220v hot tub would. We just got ours set up this week and plan on only running it from May through Sept.. Alissa. New Haven, MI. Sun Oct 11 2026

Hot tub is perfectly fine but the delivery experience was not great. Delivery was to a ski condo in Vermont so admittedly a remote location but they only sent 2 guys and could barely get it off the truck safely let alone move it to any location besides the driveway. I’d recommend this hot tub. After lots of research, I liked the Saluspa brand and wanted to be able to use it all year with winter protection. The pumpmotor is built into the side of the tub so it should help keep it protected over winter. It comes with an inflatable cover that has a skirt around the edge to keep in the heat. It heats up over a few hours, but stays at temperature while the bubbles run for 30 minutes.. Ash. Sat Jul 11 2026
