Hot tub is perfectly fine but the delivery experience was not great. Delivery was to a ski condo in Vermont so admittedly a remote location but they only sent 2 guys and could barely get it off the truck safely let alone move it to any location besides the driveway. Whether you are stressed from a long day, want to help ease aches and pains, or are just looking for relaxation at the end of your day, a hot tub may help.

I’ll start by saying the jets are powerful and the heat holds nicely. And it’s a great size for two people. The control panel is almost too simple. Up down for temp, lights (3 colors), and power on off for the jets. Note - the user manual is garbage and explains nothing, and side panels are not removable. The photos don’t even match the hot tub in the manual. We filled up the hot tub and the jets wouldn’t start and it wouldn’t read a temperature or heat up. It took about 50 YouTube videos to learn that when filling up the tub each time put the hose directly into the filter hole to open the water lines. Also, it stated that it did not come with a cover, just stairs. So I purchased the lid separately for 300 and it showed up with a lid and stairs. Finally, I was hoping there would be more. than just curb side delivery but that was the only option. Took about 3-4 weeks to arrive.. Cali. Bend, OR. Sun Dec 08 2024

We are excited to welcome you to our family at Luxuria Spas, where luxury meets affordability!

Good spa, showed up damaged though. We love the size and look, just the speaker quality is not that great.. Westley. Yucca Valley, CA. Sun Jul 17 2022

The two reclining lounges in Atlanta hot tub, positioned next to each other, ensure excellent relaxation for couples. The design of the MySeat place eliminates inconveniences caused by differences in height. Due to its 29.5" height, this model easily fits through a normal front door.

This hot tub is perfect for our outdoor patio. Even though it's 3 person, you could easily fit a 4th in there. The jets are strong, it was easy for my electrician husband to hard wire straight from our electrical panel. It even has blue tooth speakers built in, which I did not realize when I ordered it. The water heated up really fast - like 4-5 hours, but I am in the south, so our ground water wasn't too cold. The delivery was professional and they put it exactly where I requested. Note - it comes crated/wrapped on a pallet, so either have hand trucks, dollies or pallet jack to move it to where you want it. I would recommend this hot tub to those seeking a smaller but high-quality tub.. Sabrina. Fairmount, GA. Thu Apr 30 2026
