Hot tub is perfectly fine but the delivery experience was not great. Delivery was to a ski condo in Vermont so admittedly a remote location but they only sent 2 guys and could barely get it off the truck safely let alone move it to any location besides the driveway. For an item at this price point I would have expected better delivery and customer service.. Robert. Boston, MA. Sat Feb 08 2025

I really love this purchase. After a lot of research I purchased the “silver” interior and “taupe” exterior color with two pumps. This hot tub is the best bang for your buck currently out there that I’ve found. The delivery did arrive 4 days later than originally estimated and had a drip from an interior pipe but Wayfair provided exceptional customer service and resolved the issue immediately. The hot tub provides wonderful relaxation and entertainment and has powerful jets. I hope it provides many many years of enjoyment. I’m a very happy customer.. Tanner Lindell. Minnesota, US. We love this and are in it every night. Simple to inflate and run. And holy cow the jets just bubble the stress away. I had read reviews that complained about it not heating up, but we did not have an issue. We had it up to 108 24 hours after we set it up. Had to back it down to 102. Great purchase. Highly recommend it. Two co-workers have ordered based on my recommendation.. Joseph. Allerton, IL. Thu Aug 13 2020
