Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. I'm planning on pulling the side panels this summer and adding additional insulation. Hope this helps.. Tim. Williston, VT. Tue Apr 28 2026

This hot tub accommodates up to six people, elevating any get-together year-round. This tub is freeze-resistant, and it includes an insulated cover that locks as needed.

We love it! We do not have any complaints at all. Going this route saved us a ton of money without sacrificing quality and features. We've had four people in with plenty of room to spare for a couple more. Side note, the Jets 2 option doesn't isn't a function for this model, so ignore that button.. Lisa. O'fallon, IL. Hot Tub is great. Delivery not so much. I selected inside delivery and that didnt happen. Contracted delivery service send 1 man and his teenage son to deliver 2 hot tubs inside my house. These tubs weigh about 500 lbs each. Needless to say, it didnt happen. It wasnt for lack of effort on their part. It just wasnt realistic to think 2 guys were going to accomplish the job. With my help, the 3 of us were able to get the tubs on the porch. Delivery company needs to reevaluate their expectations and staff accordingly.. Derek. Sun Jul 02 2023
