This is perfect for us. We wanted a hot tub that was small enough for to keep in the lanai but that 2 adults would fit. We love it.. Desire. US. Fri Jun 26 2026

Haven’t connected to power yet. The delivery went very well considering the spa weighed almost a ton! The delivery team (Hugo+1) were great and very professional. Update: The headrests are melting black gooey stuff onto the spa liner and got on my neck, shoulders and hair. What a mess to clean up! Why would this type of materials be used in a spa??? NOT HAPPY!!!. Annette. Antioch, CA. Mon Jun 07 2021

Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. I'm planning on pulling the side panels this summer and adding additional insulation. Hope this helps.. Tim. Williston, VT. Tue Apr 28 2026

Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if youre hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a 220v hot tub would. We just got ours set up this week and plan on only running it from May through Sept.. Alissa. New Haven, MI. Mon Oct 12 2026

Great delivery. Easy set up once we found the panel behind the styrofoam .. I really think the set up instructions could be a little better . It seems really good for a 110 plug and we are enjoying it. We also purchased the 5 year extend warranty.. Tim. US. Mon Aug 18 2025

Hot Tub is great. Delivery not so much. I selected inside delivery and that didnt happen. Contracted delivery service send 1 man and his teenage son to deliver 2 hot tubs inside my house. These tubs weigh about 500 lbs each. Needless to say, it didnt happen. It wasnt for lack of effort on their part. It just wasnt realistic to think 2 guys were going to accomplish the job. With my help, the 3 of us were able to get the tubs on the porch. Delivery company needs to reevaluate their expectations and staff accordingly.. Derek. Sun Jul 02 2023

This was the best experience I've had with a hot tub delivery. I was nervous with the weight of the hot tub and trying to move it to the location i wanted it in the yard after delivery. I was able to hook up the crate to my zero turn with a strap and drag it perfectly fine to the location i wanted it. So easy. This hot tub looks amazing once it is set up. The wood panels make it stand out from the others. Worked like a dream right out of the box. The power cord is very long. Just make sure you take the side panel off to unwrap it and pull it through. I'm excited to relax in this tub. We bought it for our Airbnb and we couldn't be happier.. Sean. Cincinnati, OH. Thu Jul 23 2026

The jets work great, the manual explains everything we needed to know. Take the plastic off the filter! Lol! Our electrician accidentally took the manual and we didn't find out about this step until I obtained another manual online. Hah! The jets work well, the electrical panel is easy to access, the hot tub looks great too. I'd recommend this. Angella. Renton, WA. Thu Nov 02 2023

I got this hot tub in September 2025. The pump has a leak and is not working properly. This company has no telephone number listed or a web site and can only be reached via email. I have had no luck with contacting them. This is the first and I hope the only time I ever have a problem with a purchase via Wayfair.. Cidnee. Mobile, AL. Tue Mar 24 2026
