Received it June 2023 and set it up in July, took down in September for the winter. We just put it back up (May 2024) and and it leaks air from the air intake valve. Did trouble shooting, tried to tighten it and still leaks. We wasted our money. Index is honoring the 1 year warranty but not too hopeful that will fix it. So disappointed it was only used for 3 moths!! UPDATE Intex sent us a new tub, warranty held up. It has held up now 2 summers!!! Update got replacement still working great after 3 years. Barb. This was so easy to set I’m a female that is only 5 ft tall once I had it place the inflation was so easy. I did watch a YouTube video to make sure I was doing it correctly. Took 2 hrs to fill it and about 20 hrs to heat . The only thing that I feel would be helpful is if they could supply some starter chemicals for spa hot tub. Definitely not a deal breaker I have been it twice a day since I bought it. Also anyone that has arthritis in your knees or anywhere this is wonderful to have .. Nina. New Fairfield Ct. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable spa and hot tub from Bestway is the most compact and versatile unit I have ever used! The hot tub has all of its mechanics (water pump, filtration, and interface) imbedded into the unit itself! This makes not only a great unit for more compact spaces but also just a better looking set up in any space! The units cover adequately keeps water temps warm and great at keeping the outside from entering the water. The cleaning tablets needed for this are your standard and can easily be replaced to your own liking and standards. As the colder months approach us this should be a no brainer for those looking to enjoy a warm relaxing evening in your own hot tub spa! Highly recommend you checking out one of these if you’re in the market!. Jeremys36_1679. Tue Oct 14 2025
