3rd one of these in 3 years. The last one was purchased in June of this year and stopped holding air. Wayfair refunded my money and I reordered. It's a nice hot tub. I really do like it. The 1st one lasted 3 years so got my money's worth out of it as I use it nightly from May thru Oct but the one ordered in June was a defective one. The cap that seals the air intake would seal so it wouldn't hold air. It took at least 5 calls to get it resolved but Wayfair hopefully FINALLY fixed the problem.. Anonymous. Howell, MI. Hot Tub is great. Delivery not so much. I selected inside delivery and that didnt happen. Contracted delivery service send 1 man and his teenage son to deliver 2 hot tubs inside my house. These tubs weigh about 500 lbs each. Needless to say, it didnt happen. It wasnt for lack of effort on their part. It just wasnt realistic to think 2 guys were going to accomplish the job. With my help, the 3 of us were able to get the tubs on the porch. Delivery company needs to reevaluate their expectations and staff accordingly.. Derek. Sun Jul 02 2023

The fire hot tub is a guaranteed jaw-dropper at first sight. It allows you to enjoy a hot bath anywhere by using natural firewood to heat the water. Enjoy it in your backyard or take it camping in the snow; the possibilities are limitless. Ingenious in its design, this modern hot tub uses the laws of physics to circulate cold water through its advanced coiling system where it is heated by a wood-burning fire, this process is called convection. Lightweight and portable; it goes where you go; making spontaneous parties in the secluded wilderness entirely possible.

So amazing! Took us a minute to get it 'hot tub' hot..but we learned using split wood and starting when sun is out...lends for a super burn!. Shana. GA. Thu May 21 2020

This was the best experience I've had with a hot tub delivery. I was nervous with the weight of the hot tub and trying to move it to the location i wanted it in the yard after delivery. I was able to hook up the crate to my zero turn with a strap and drag it perfectly fine to the location i wanted it. So easy. This hot tub looks amazing once it is set up. The wood panels make it stand out from the others. Worked like a dream right out of the box. The power cord is very long. Just make sure you take the side panel off to unwrap it and pull it through. I'm excited to relax in this tub. We bought it for our Airbnb and we couldn't be happier.. Sean. Cincinnati, OH. Thu Jul 23 2026

Received it June 2023 and set it up in July, took down in September for the winter. We just put it back up (May 2024) and and it leaks air from the air intake valve. Did trouble shooting, tried to tighten it and still leaks. We wasted our money. Index is honoring the 1 year warranty but not too hopeful that will fix it. So disappointed it was only used for 3 moths!! UPDATE Intex sent us a new tub, warranty held up. It has held up now 2 summers!!! Update got replacement still working great after 3 years. Barb. Love it! Haven’t been able to use it just yet! Took about 15 hrs or so to warm up due to the cold weather cold in our garage. Leaked around the heating nozzle which we assume was because it was so cold out it was right at the max line. Other than that , it’s been good so far!. Anonymous. Sun Jan 16 2022

At first I was skeptical about the hot tub. I had read reviews and watched YouTube videos. When it arrived the set up was simple. Its easier to watch a YouTube video than follow the instructions. Blow up time was literally less than 10 minutes. It hasnt deflated by it self which I read and the water holds temperature well. I highly recommend getting the insurance. I had to get a new unit because mine had an error code about the the unit. They looked up my info and I sent the receipt as request and I had a new motor within a week. This purchase was 100 worth it.. Amanda. US. Mon Apr 15 2024
