Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if youre hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a 220v hot tub would. We just got ours set up this week and plan on only running it from May through Sept.. Alissa. New Haven, MI. Sun Oct 11 2026

Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. This seven-person hot tub creates a relaxing retreat for everyday wellness and entertaining. The LS700DX by Lifesmart Spas features 90 powerful jets, a spacious open-seating design, two 2.5 HP pumps, an illuminated waterfall, and multi-color underwater LED lighting for a customizable hydrotherapy experience. Plus, certified safety and efficiency standards provide added confidence every time you unwind.

It works great the hydromassage system really provides a relaxing experience and has great power, and the lights make it look even better at night. I’m not giving it 5 stars because the texture is a bit rough, but considering the price-to-quality ratio, it’s something that can be fixed with a little polishing.. Anonymous. US. Fri Sep 25 2026

I was hesitant on ordering this through wayfair for a few reasons, due to its my first spa, the amount of money and I would have to hire my own mover to its location. If you deal with a store they take care of everything for the most part. After my research for about a year I decided this particular Insight spa was the better option (price point, quality, warranty, jets features etc.) and I was not disappointed. I do want to mention it says 7 people yes the seating is available but I feel it can comfortably fit 4 adults but that's my opinion and that is way ok for my needs. My delivery went well slight delay but no damage, the tub was packaged really well. I did call Strong Spa customer service, did not wait long on the phone to find where the control was for the water feature and the agent sent me a photo and was very helpful. I truly love this spa it has everything I need and felt I made a good decision despite being a tad fearful. I did buy a thermo type cover to place over the spa cover for the winter because I live in Northern Indiana to help keep heater pump from kicking on as much. I hope this spa will last me quite awhile. Over all given my experience with wayfair customer service and Strong Spa customer service along with some things I had to coordinate for myself without the help of a local store I would do it again for sure.. Haven’t connected to power yet. The delivery went very well considering the spa weighed almost a ton! The delivery team (Hugo+1) were great and very professional. Update: The headrests are melting black gooey stuff onto the spa liner and got on my neck, shoulders and hair. What a mess to clean up! Why would this type of materials be used in a spa??? NOT HAPPY!!!. Annette. Antioch, CA. Mon Jun 07 2021

I love this hot tub. I originally bought an inflatable hot tub and quickly discovered we loved it. So we ordered this tub. I was expecting it around May 14th to the 22nd but it came early on the 2nd. The delivery drivers were absolutely incredible. We had planned to set the tub at the far end of our gravel dirt driveway and the delivery drivers were kind enough to bring it as far as they could which was actually right next to where we were going to put it. They were wonderful and made it so easy for us to get the tub where we needed it. It is quite heavy so we had 4 guys here to help us move it after the delivery drivers left. It wasnt too bad to get it into position. My only complaint about the hot tub is the access panel screws are put in at an angle. I had to buy a right angle drill adapter to remove the screws. And some of the screws no longer catch on the panel to hold it together now. My other complaint is that the holes are large enough for rodents to get into the access panel. So we had to cover those holes in wire mesh. A minor issue but it was fixable. My biggest complaint is just the difficulty in accessing the pump. My other complaint is the cover has 3 holes on each side that go through the fabric and show the foam inside. I would think thats not right but its on both sides and the holes are in the same position on both sides and perfect circles. I dont know if those are intentional though or not.. Tyler.
