I really love this purchase. After a lot of research I purchased the “silver” interior and “taupe” exterior color with two pumps. This hot tub is the best bang for your buck currently out there that I’ve found. The delivery did arrive 4 days later than originally estimated and had a drip from an interior pipe but Wayfair provided exceptional customer service and resolved the issue immediately. Haven’t connected to power yet. The delivery went very well considering the spa weighed almost a ton! The delivery team (Hugo+1) were great and very professional. Update: The headrests are melting black gooey stuff onto the spa liner and got on my neck, shoulders and hair. What a mess to clean up! Why would this type of materials be used in a spa???
