Received it June 2023 and set it up in July, took down in September for the winter. We just put it back up (May 2024) and and it leaks air from the air intake valve. Did trouble shooting, tried to tighten it and still leaks. We wasted our money. Index is honoring the 1 year warranty but not too hopeful that will fix it. So disappointed it was only used for 3 moths!! UPDATE Intex sent us a new tub, warranty held up. It has held up now 2 summers!!! Update got replacement still working great after 3 years. Barb. 3rd one of these in 3 years. The last one was purchased in June of this year and stopped holding air. Wayfair refunded my money and I reordered. It's a nice hot tub. I really do like it. The 1st one lasted 3 years so got my money's worth out of it as I use it nightly from May thru Oct but the one ordered in June was a defective one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been trying to decide between a blow up and a regular spa for some time now, Ultimately we decided on this spa, mainly because of convenience and cost. Set it up last week and WOW, it is pretty awesome! We used to have a regular spa year ago and I actually think I like this better, LOL. I actually really like how there are no seats, so you have more room to move around and stretch and relax. The bubbles are really relaxing! Sometimes with spas you get the jets that are just too hard, but not these. Almost perfect. Setup was a piece of cake too! Did it all myself in about an hour. Only took a day to heat up. So one thing I've noticed it that is sensitive to, is the E90 error code. I have gotten it a few times, only when I'm heating it. But realized that it was because I had both filters on. I kept just the one by the pump on, and that fixed the code from reappearing. Will have to report back with the longevity, which is what I'm most worried about, so we'll see. But for now, it's definitely a 5/5. We put this on our upstairs deck, which is also another reason we went with the blow up, since it weighs less and is now exactly where we want it!
