This hot tub has been fantastic! We have used it year round with no problems. Tub is simple, basic, and solid. Our climate here deep freezes, and we just throw a moving blanket or 2 over the lid when we expect sub zero temps. Its really an efficient little tub. Idk about 7, but 4 people seat comfortably.. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if youre hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a 220v hot tub would. We just got ours set up this week and plan on only running it from May through Sept.. Alissa. New Haven, MI. Sun Oct 11 2026

This hot tub has ergonomically designed seats, and 46 massage jets. The spacious corner space with neck and shoulder massage will be a favorite for everyone.

This is our first spa! We love it. We’ve been in several family owned ones and I have to say this was easy from start to finish. I do recommend getting a hot tub sled to move the spa from driveway to where you’re placing it. The hardest part was getting it lifted to the gazebo- but it was packaged very well and there was no marks or cracks! Set up was very easy once the electrician came and hooked it up. It’s a small button panel so it’s easy to figure out. The sound system works great “my music” code 2288 for this model btw (had to google that) The jest are great, with multiple ways to make some stronger ! I’ve had all 6 seats taken up at once and no complaints from anyone.. Julie. Carlisle, PA. Mon Oct 12 2026

Hot tub is perfectly fine but the delivery experience was not great. Delivery was to a ski condo in Vermont so admittedly a remote location but they only sent 2 guys and could barely get it off the truck safely let alone move it to any location besides the driveway. For an item at this price point I would have expected better delivery and customer service.. Robert. Boston, MA. Sat Feb 08 2025

Received it June 2023 and set it up in July, took down in September for the winter. We just put it back up (May 2024) and and it leaks air from the air intake valve. Did trouble shooting, tried to tighten it and still leaks. We wasted our money. Index is honoring the 1 year warranty but not too hopeful that will fix it. So disappointed it was only used for 3 moths!! UPDATE Intex sent us a new tub, warranty held up. It has held up now 2 summers!!! Update got replacement still working great after 3 years. Barb.
