From the moment I opened the box, I liked this hot tub. There was almost no plastic or styrofoam packaging; it was all paper. I love that and wish more manufacturers would follow suit. The tub went together easily and is currently filling and will be ready for use tonight. It came with a small chlorine floater, which was a bonus. I love this tub already!! Update: This tub lasted nearly a year before it stopped heating. It was great while it lasted, .. Michelle. Santa Fe, NM. Thu Oct 01 2026

Received it June 2023 and set it up in July, took down in September for the winter. We just put it back up (May 2024) and and it leaks air from the air intake valve. Did trouble shooting, tried to tighten it and still leaks. We wasted our money. Index is honoring the 1 year warranty but not too hopeful that will fix it. So disappointed it was only used for 3 moths!! UPDATE Intex sent us a new tub, warranty held up. It has held up now 2 summers!!! Update got replacement still working great after 3 years. Barb. I really love having a hot tub and this one is a great first one. The only issue I have is that I get error codes from time to time. Plus it is a steady maintenance to keep the levels right, but I am assuming that is all inflatable hot tubs. Very comfortable to sit in, very soft.. Alease. Ridgeway, VA. Sat May 10 2025

3rd one of these in 3 years. The last one was purchased in June of this year and stopped holding air. Wayfair refunded my money and I reordered. It's a nice hot tub. I really do like it. The 1st one lasted 3 years so got my money's worth out of it as I use it nightly from May thru Oct but the one ordered in June was a defective one. The cap that seals the air intake would seal so it wouldn't hold air. It took at least 5 calls to get it resolved but Wayfair hopefully FINALLY fixed the problem.. Anonymous. Howell, MI. We love this and are in it every night. Simple to inflate and run. And holy cow the jets just bubble the stress away. I had read reviews that complained about it not heating up, but we did not have an issue. We had it up to 108 24 hours after we set it up. Had to back it down to 102. Great purchase. Highly recommend it. Two co-workers have ordered based on my recommendation.. Joseph. Allerton, IL. Thu Aug 13 2020

Love it. Easy assembly. I’m 63 and put it all together in less than 2 hours. You tube the assembly instructions . Sturdy. Heater works great. Bubbles are so nice. I thought the bottom would be uncomfortable as I put it on patio stones but it is cushioned enough to be comfortable . Nice that it has 2 covers One for easy entry to keep the heat in. Another heavy duty one with clips to make it safe. I went with salt water as I have it beside my salt water pool. So far it’s crystal clear after lots of use from the grandkids. Only things is that it says it’s a 6 person tub…actually it’s a 4 person if you don’t want to be crowed in. Kathy. CA. Sat Jun 29 2024

Great little hot tub! We love in North Central Texas & it’s a little on the cooler side currently. The temp went to 104 pretty quickly (maybe about 12 hours total). The only minor issue we had is with the outside drainage pipe, it had a small leak but we easily tightened the cap and added a little plumping tape to the outside to ensure no more drips. Overall our daughter loves her new heated play pool & we love our relaxing hot tub.. Amanda. Tue Nov 02 2021
