Do not bang them against each other, scratches may occur. Use on induction, electric, or gas stoves. When using an open flame (gas) never let the flame touch the sides of the color. Classic country French pots/pans may go in the oven up to 480 degrees. Never use CCF collection empty, this will overheat the pot/pan and cause damage.

This pan is a perfect size, about 10-inch diameter. Looks nice (dull red as advertised.) While the advertisement says hand-wash recommended, the instructions say it is NOT dishwasher-safe. So that is more of a warning. Consequently, this pan will take a bit more maintenance than others to maintain the nonstick finish. UPDATE: pans lasted only a year-18 mo before needing replacement..
