I saw these on an instagram post and was over the moon to find them on Wayfair. When I washed them with hot soapy water they instantly rusted but I oiled them and seasoned them for over an hour in the oven. They were black and shiny and then I baked in them the next day. After washing them the second time they held the seasoning perfectly and I lightly oiled them again and baked them off one more time. Just don’t get discouraged, stick with the process of seasoning your cast iron and you will love them!. Sonia. Arlington, WA. Mon Apr 14 2025

Imported from Spain and made from enameled steel, this paella pan is perfect for making and serving delicious paella. The enameled pans are made of steel and coated with black and white speckled enamel giving the ease of care and rustproof qualities of stainless steel pans but at a fraction of the price. Cleaning is a snap requiring only soap and water. Their performance is equivalent to the enameled steel or stainless steel pan. The pan can be used on a stovetop, oven, gas barbeque grill, or open flame. For best results, it can be used over a paella burner. The paella pan is shallow and has sloping sides, which helps the rice cook evenly and develop a more intense flavor. As the pans get larger, they grow in diameter rather than depth, which allows for more delicious so carat, which is the term used in valencia to describe the delicious caramelized crunchy rice crust which forms the base of any good paella.
