For heavily soiled conditions presoak in hot water and soap. Do not use in the dishwasher, must be hand washed. Do not scour or scrape the outside color, only the inside may be scoured. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. This may scratch the enamel finish. Do not stack your pots or pans, it may create metal marks on the finish. Do not bang them against each other, scratches may occur. Use on induction, electric, or gas stoves. When using an open flame (gas) never let the flame touch the sides of the color. Classic Country French pots/pans may go in the oven up to 350 degrees. Never use the CCF collection empty, this will overheat the pot/pan and cause damage.

I saw these on an instagram post and was over the moon to find them on Wayfair. When I washed them with hot soapy water they instantly rusted but I oiled them and seasoned them for over an hour in the oven. They were black and shiny and then I baked in them the next day. After washing them the second time they held the seasoning perfectly and I lightly oiled them again and baked them off one more time.
