The best nonstick I have ever used. I love Berghoff and I have replaced my set with Berghoff now and I absolutely love them. They heat fast use less gas and clean up easier than I have ever seen. I only worry about making an omelette because I am afraid it would slide right out of the pan! That was a joke but they really do slide right out. Even scrambled are no problem. Wrote to them to say why doesn’t handle fold over when lid on- would only have needed a 5mm rise on hinge then it would have been perfect for tighter ovens with lid on and handle folded.
