This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat.. The best nonstick I have ever used. I love Berghoff and I have replaced my set with Berghoff now and I absolutely love them. They heat fast use less gas and clean up easier than I have ever seen. I only worry about making an omelette because I am afraid it would slide right out of the pan! That was a joke but they really do slide right out. Even scrambled are no problem. Cooking is a joy when cooking with this beautiful professional quality saute pan. This heavy-weight saute pan is equipped with a helper handle and therefore easy to handle.

If I were younger, I would buy this whole set. I have the smaller pans, which are lighter, but the larger pans, including this saute pan, are too heavy for my 71-yr. old abilities.
