This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat.. I have several stove top smokers. This is one of them. It does a good job, you just have to insure the wood chips (make sure they are real fine) don't get wet from the juices. A little foil on the bottom with the ends turned up will do the trick. I smoke salmon regularly for my wife. Customer service took care of the issue right away which is why I'm updating my review. Saute pan arrived and was not what I expected. I was extremely unhappy when I logged on the website to find this item listed for $20 less and was told they would charge over $11.00 to return. My order totaled over $1,000. Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom.
