I can’t say enough good things about this pan. It heats very evenly, cleans up incredibly easily, and looks beautiful on my stovetop, where it is used almost every day. I use it to cook on the stove top and convection. It cooks evenly and it's durable yet isn't so heavy that it's easier to use than any other cookware I've had in the past. One feature that I really love is the design of the handles, lid and overall look of the cookware is so nice that I am happy to put it directly on the serving board or the table.
