Great Skillet-- It's the size we need when making dinner for the whole family. The 3 quart skillet that came with the set we bought a few weeks back was great, just not big enough for the whole family dinner. Love the glass lid instead of metal. This is a great addition and cooks very evenly on slightly lower settings than our old skillet did. Fantastic! Still not showing any signs of sticking. Been hand washing only. Wrote to them to say why doesn’t handle fold over when lid on- would only have needed a 5mm rise on hinge then it would have been perfect for tighter ovens with lid on and handle folded. I like the skillet with lid however the skillet is 12 inches whereas the description says it has 11 inch cooking surface. It is also not as deep as I had hoped it would be. The description says it’s over 5 inches in total. They must be including the lid in this measurement because it’s less than 3 inches in depth.
