I am transitioning to stainless steel pans and needed a large-capacity pot. This is perfect! To be transparent, I did not pay full-price for this. It was 50% off, and I used some reward dollars. The enameled cast iron Signature Everyday pan has a generous depth and wide surface area that is perfect for everything from pan roasting and frying to one-pan meals, simmering sauces, and more. It essentially combines the benefits of a braiser with the ease of use of a fry or sauté pan. Slightly curved sides make it effortless to stir, flip, and serve, while oversized handles provide a secure grip for transferring from stove to oven to table. Crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron, the interior surface is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. The enamel is specially formulated to enhance cooking performance and develops a natural patina over time, making it virtually nonstick and easier to maintain and clean. Designed for daily versatility and generations of durability, the Signature Everyday Pan will quickly become a favorite in the kitchen.

Elevate your everyday cooking with the Cuisinart FusionPlus Nonstick Stainless Steel Saute Pan with Lid. The stainless steel pan features professional stainless steel construction and an aluminum-encapsulated base for even heating, making it ideal for searing multiple steaks or fish fillets, sautéing larger batches of vegetables, or preparing sauces and one-pan meals, ensuring perfect searing and superior release. Cool Grip handles stay cool to the touch, and the pan is both dishwasher safe and compatible with all stovetops, including induction.

This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat..
