My second one! Perfect for crispy gyozas and even cooking. This is the second time I have purchased this sauté pan because the first one performed so well. It has become a staple in my kitchen for several reasons: Superior Heat Distribution: The heat distributes perfectly across the entire surface. Unlike other pans I’ve used, this one has a very uniform temperature, which is essential for consistent cooking. Crispy gyozas: I love making gyozas in this pan. Because of the even heat, they come out incredibly crispy every single time, which was always a struggle with my older, non-uniform pans. Durability: The pan feels very heavy-duty and resistant. To keep the nonstick surface in perfect condition, I always make sure to use specialized utensils (like silicone or wood) instead of metal. Highly recommended if you want professional results at home!. Kat. Belmont, MA. Thu Apr 23 2026

Let’s be honest, the most undesirable part of the cooking process is the cleanup. With the Black Cube™ Quick Release, this annoyance is a thing of the past, thanks to an award-winning cooking surface aptly named Quick Release: It features a stainless steel pattern of small pixels that is raised above a recessed layer of high-quality PFOA free nonstick coating, thereby combining the benefits of stainless steel and nonstick in one revolutionary cooking surface. Black Cube™ Quick Release sears, braises, and browns meat exceptionally well, like a stainless steel pan, and it perfectly sautés, fries, or stir-fries seafood and vegetables. Or make a delicious stew knowing that the heat will be consistent. Designed to offer the best in durability and performance, feel free to use metal utensils! Yes, we mean it. The pan feels good in the hand and it is large enough to hold a lot but not too big to be unwieldy. It features an ergonomic stay-cool handle and a helper handle. After you cooked your delicious meal, clean-up is quick and mess-free – just the way you know if from a nonstick pan. Or simply place it in your dishwasher! This innovative pan is safe to use on any stovetop (including induction) and can even be placed in the oven at up to 500° F. Black Cube™ Quick Release is a 3-ply construction of stainless/aluminum/stainless. There is so much versatility with this pan that the possibilities are endless.
