Tramontina’s carbon steel paella pan will certainly help you prepare a show-stopping paella. But take your culinary creativity further! Use this pan to prepare larger quantities of meat at one time. Make easy work of grilling vegetables, prepping a tasty stir-fry, and even baking. Made from heavy-duty carbon steel, its construction creates a balanced pan that uniformly heats and cooks your food, while its naturally oiled interior and exterior prevent sticking. With a pan this size, you’ll love the carbon steel side handles that make transporting the pan quick and easy. Compatible with all cooktops, oven, and dishwasher-safe, this pan will prove its versatility in the kitchen!

The box was open, single layer cardboard, with no tape. It smelled oddly of floral perfume. Inside was the heavy, beautifully smooth carbon steel paella pan, with instructions on how to season it. I've gone through the seasoning steps, and so far tried it out, grilling some onions. Looking forward to making paella in this new pan on the Empava cooktop.. Colleen. Tue Jan 28 2025
