This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat.. Fantastic! Still not showing any signs of sticking. Been hand washing only. Wrote to them to say why doesn’t handle fold over when lid on- would only have needed a 5mm rise on hinge then it would have been perfect for tighter ovens with lid on and handle folded.
