This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat.. I use it to cook on the stove top and convection. It cooks evenly and it's durable yet isn't so heavy that it's easier to use than any other cookware I've had in the past. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a larger pan is all ways nice for particular dishes. The medium rondeau meets that requirement. My nanobond 14 qt chef’s pan is still the top of my list, but this is a great adjunct. Most of the rest of the “family” is probond and Keller because I like the unpolished exterior.
