I believe one could put it into the dishwasher but it is simple to wash since nothing sticks and it’s really too large to fit. While the oven is preheating - Wash the pan with warm soapy water dry it with a towel and then place it on the stovetop and heat to ensure the pan is thoroughly dried. One pan is dry use oil of choice and with a paper towel apply around the interior and exterior of the pan. You may also continue to rub the pan with a hand towel to ensure the oil is evenly coated throughout the pan. Place the pan into the fully heated oven upside down on the rack above the foil-lined baking sheet. Leave the pan in the oven for an hour. After an hour turn off the oven but leave the pan in there until it is cool to the touch.

Really excellent quality saucepan! I wish I could find a whole set of this. This granite colored finish looks beautiful. The lid is all glass except for the knob which makes me nervous about it getting chipped easily. Hopefully it is heavy duty glass. The saucepan is nonstick and so easy to clean. It heats evenly and it's so handy. I have knives made by J.A. Henkels but I didn't realize they made cookware. I'm sure the cookware is just as durable as the knives.
