I use it to cook on the stove top and convection. It cooks evenly and it's durable yet isn't so heavy that it's easier to use than any other cookware I've had in the past. My nanobond 14 qt chef’s pan is still the top of my list, but this is a great adjunct. Most of the rest of the “family” is probond and Keller because I like the unpolished exterior.
