The enameled cast iron Signature Everyday pan has a generous depth and wide surface area that is perfect for everything from pan roasting and frying to one-pan meals, simmering sauces, and more. It essentially combines the benefits of a braiser with the ease of use of a fry or sauté pan. Slightly curved sides make it effortless to stir, flip, and serve, while oversized handles provide a secure grip for transferring from stove to oven to table. Crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron, the interior surface is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. The enamel is specially formulated to enhance cooking performance and develops a natural patina over time, making it virtually nonstick and easier to maintain and clean. Designed for daily versatility and generations of durability, the Signature Everyday Pan will quickly become a favorite in the kitchen.

Fantastic! Still not showing any signs of sticking. Been hand washing only. Wrote to them to say why doesn’t handle fold over when lid on- would only have needed a 5mm rise on hinge then it would have been perfect for tighter ovens with lid on and handle folded. Very well made.. Gordon M.. Sun Feb 16 2025

This pan is a perfect size, about 10-inch diameter. Looks nice (dull red as advertised.) While the advertisement says hand-wash recommended, the instructions say it is NOT dishwasher-safe. So that is more of a warning. Consequently, this pan will take a bit more maintenance than others to maintain the nonstick finish. UPDATE: pans lasted only a year-18 mo before needing replacement.. I like the skillet with lid however the skillet is 12 inches whereas the description says it has 11 inch cooking surface. It is also not as deep as I had hoped it would be. The description says it’s over 5 inches in total. They must be including the lid in this measurement because it’s less than 3 inches in depth. The handles maintain the same temperature even when you’re cooking which is nice. . Marvonne. US. Fri Feb 25 2022

Shipping was quick, but the box arrived looking like it had been through a war zone. Luckily, it seems the contents survived. This pan is a perfect size for me, as I'm downsizing from a 5-quart version that was just too big for one-person meals. The color is a nice shade of blue. I haven't used it yet, but having already used a similar version, I know that I'm going to love this smaller one. I can make anything in it from sauces to sloppy joes to tacos to pasta... It is a very versatile pan.. Rory. Sun Jun 14 2026
