[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable spa and hot tub from Bestway is the most compact and versatile unit I have ever used! The hot tub has all of its mechanics (water pump, filtration, and interface) imbedded into the unit itself! This makes not only a great unit for more compact spaces but also just a better looking set up in any space! The units cover adequately keeps water temps warm and great at keeping the outside from entering the water. The cleaning tablets needed for this are your standard and can easily be replaced to your own liking and standards. As the colder months approach us this should be a no brainer for those looking to enjoy a warm relaxing evening in your own hot tub spa! Highly recommend you checking out one of these if you’re in the market!. Jeremys36_1679. Tue Oct 14 2025

3rd one of these in 3 years. The last one was purchased in June of this year and stopped holding air. Wayfair refunded my money and I reordered. It's a nice hot tub. I really do like it. The 1st one lasted 3 years so got my money's worth out of it as I use it nightly from May thru Oct but the one ordered in June was a defective one. The cap that seals the air intake would seal so it wouldn't hold air. It took at least 5 calls to get it resolved but Wayfair hopefully FINALLY fixed the problem.. Anonymous. Howell, MI. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been trying to decide between a blow up and a regular spa for some time now, Ultimately we decided on this spa, mainly because of convenience and cost. Set it up last week and WOW, it is pretty awesome! We used to have a regular spa year ago and I actually think I like this better, LOL. I actually really like how there are no seats, so you have more room to move around and stretch and relax. The bubbles are really relaxing! Sometimes with spas you get the jets that are just too hard, but not these. Almost perfect. Setup was a piece of cake too! Did it all myself in about an hour. Only took a day to heat up. So one thing I've noticed it that is sensitive to, is the E90 error code. I have gotten it a few times, only when I'm heating it. But realized that it was because I had both filters on. I kept just the one by the pump on, and that fixed the code from reappearing. Will have to report back with the longevity, which is what I'm most worried about, so we'll see. But for now, it's definitely a 5/5. We put this on our upstairs deck, which is also another reason we went with the blow up, since it weighs less and is now exactly where we want it! Making sure to keep it covered out of the sun, which would probably wear it out much sooner. If you're hesitant, don't be! It's awesome!!. Thanhh16. Tue May 28 2024

The tub itself is beautiful and we have not been able to get it hooked up yet by an electrician.. Beth. Ashby, MA. Wed Aug 03 2022
