This is a great little hot tub, easy set up. Jets not super powerful but this is a great value. Shipped in days. 2 month update: So happy we bought this, no problems. 2 things that enhanced the usability, the pillows and cup holders. They rise the cup out of water, so you can put your phone in it and not worry about water. Only chemicals i have had to use is chlorine and ph up. We love this thing! Past year update: still running great! Pillows still in good shape, use it at least 5x per week, love it! Only thing you need to be mindful of is rodents love the insides, i screwed screen on backside of access panel and stuffed stainless scrub pads in power cable port pass through. Make sure you trap them before you trap them inside...... Peter. Pompano Beach, FL. Tue Sep 29 2026

Received the hot tub a few days ago. Shipping took about 5 weeks. Literally put the tub in place, fill it with water and plug it in. Screwed the cover on and waited about 24hrs to reach 100 degrees. As other reviewers stated, this 4 person tub is really ideal for 2 people. It is doable with maybe one more person, but a tight squeeze. Haven't messed around with the settings too much but the manual seems straight forward. Overall for the price, I think it is a great deal....so far.. Annie. Scottsdale, AZ. Sun Nov 22 2015

Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if youre hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a 220v hot tub would. We just got ours set up this week and plan on only running it from May through Sept.. Alissa. New Haven, MI. Mon Oct 12 2026

It works great the hydromassage system really provides a relaxing experience and has great power, and the lights make it look even better at night. From the moment I opened the box, I liked this hot tub. There was almost no plastic or styrofoam packaging; it was all paper. I love that and wish more manufacturers would follow suit. The tub went together easily and is currently filling and will be ready for use tonight. It came with a small chlorine floater, which was a bonus. I love this tub already!! Update: This tub lasted nearly a year before it stopped heating. It was great while it lasted, .. Michelle. Santa Fe, NM. Thu Oct 01 2026

Great product and beautiful color. The delivery was also smooth and they were ok to put it behind the garage on the concrete base. I recommend this Hottub. Antonio. Des Plaines, IL. Tue Oct 13 2026

I am so excited about this portable 4 to 6 person inflatable hot tub. I have never seen anything like this before nor did I know it even existed. I love how this kit comes with everything you need including the heavy duty ground cover and top cover. It is legit on functionality thats for sure! The ground tarp could be a little bit thicker as it might not last too long, the pump to inflate the hot tub was already attached once removed from the box. We plugged it in and it inflated in a matter of seconds! And it shut off all on its own when it detected it was fully inflated. The pump also activates the air bubbler once the water is in. 4 to 6 people is probably not accurate, more like three would be comfortable. It does come with a heavy duty cover which snap connects to the side connections of the hot tub coming about 6 in over the top, not fully covering the pump and LCD screen so it could get ruined in wet weather. Other reviewers mentioned that it was a white cover and seemed like an afterthought, I do not feel the same way as it is a gray color and has purposeful snapping mechanisms to accommodate the hot tub--I feel very reasonably. The LCD screen is large and straightforward however the lighting could be a little bit brighter. We love this portable hot tub and surely want to take care of it, so once our pool house is built, it will serve its purpose in an enclosed area. Because we live in the desert and have high winds, we do not want that and or the Nevada Sun ruining this hot tub, so for us setting it up and taking it down is not an option right now, but again it will have a permanent place in our pool house hopefully next year. It also comes with a nice heavy duty bag to put it back in once you take it down and either want to move location or store it. I love that you can have something so nice without the cost associated with a new one, not to mention how permanent they are while this one is portable and conveniently able to be set up, removed, or placed in a new location. If you have a generator it even makes this more portable for camping trips or travel to that log cabin you have tucked away in the pine trees!. Melissa. NV. Fri Sep 04 2026
