This is a great little hot tub, easy set up. Jets not super powerful but this is a great value. Shipped in days. 2 month update: So happy we bought this, no problems. 2 things that enhanced the usability, the pillows and cup holders. They rise the cup out of water, so you can put your phone in it and not worry about water. Only chemicals i have had to use is chlorine and ph up. We love this thing! Past year update: still running great! Pillows still in good shape, use it at least 5x per week, love it! Only thing you need to be mindful of is rodents love the insides, i screwed screen on backside of access panel and stuffed stainless scrub pads in power cable port pass through. Make sure you trap them before you trap them inside...... Peter. Pompano Beach, FL. Tue Sep 29 2026

Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. I'm planning on pulling the side panels this summer and adding additional insulation. Hope this helps.. Tim. Williston, VT. Tue Apr 28 2026

Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. I really love this purchase. After a lot of research I purchased the “silver” interior and “taupe” exterior color with two pumps. This hot tub is the best bang for your buck currently out there that I’ve found. The delivery did arrive 4 days later than originally estimated and had a drip from an interior pipe but Wayfair provided exceptional customer service and resolved the issue immediately. The hot tub provides wonderful relaxation and entertainment and has powerful jets. I hope it provides many many years of enjoyment. I’m a very happy customer.. Tanner Lindell. Minnesota, US. This was so easy to set I’m a female that is only 5 ft tall once I had it place the inflation was so easy. I did watch a YouTube video to make sure I was doing it correctly. Took 2 hrs to fill it and about 20 hrs to heat . The only thing that I feel would be helpful is if they could supply some starter chemicals for spa hot tub. Definitely not a deal breaker I have been it twice a day since I bought it. Also anyone that has arthritis in your knees or anywhere this is wonderful to have .. Nina. New Fairfield Ct.
