Hi Wayfair, Thank you for following up on our hot-tub experience. First, we really like the tub a lot and it works well. Only negative thing is that cover for the equipment "room." You need to make it a door that opens on hinges and latches when closed. It's really hard to line up those screws when trying to replace it on the hot tub. The only other suggestion we have is to give us more definite instructions in your owner's manual on how to dose the tub. Most of the chemicals we bought, even though listed for hot tubs, list how much to use for huge tubs and swimming pools, not how much is correct for a 250 gallon tub like the Luna Rock. For example, maybe you could have a dosing page in your manual with, number one, due this first, number two do this... number three, do this, so we wouldn't be so confused. I did go to a hot tub store and we used the internet, but nobody has a really good dosing guide that made sense for our 250 gallon tub. Yes, one can do the math and figure how much chemical is required of each kind, but is that dosage a linear equation or does one use more, or less when figuring out how much is necessary for our little 250 gallon tub. So far so good. Received the tub a few days before scheduled, had a few friend to help get it in place. One corner panel was a little broken but called Wayfair and easily got a replacement sent. It is a real pain to put the panels back on once you get the cord and manuel out, they could work on the design for that issue. Got it running, took 1.5 day to get up to temp, love the layout. 3-4 people fit great, 5 would overflow the tub though. Very nice hot tub for the price!! Received the hot tub two days before I expected it. Unloading was a chore as I wanted to move the tub from the trailer to the bed of my pickup for the trip up to the site I was placing it. The driver was very helpful and we finally got it on the pickup. Unloading was no real problem as I used a couple moving dollies and some 2x4s. All set, I filled the tub, plugged it in and three days later had a useable spa. My bones feel GREAT! I installed the ozonator and found that the water stays clean and is easy to balance. We had a hot tub years ago and found the new features make the temperature easier to control (max 104), and the jet design is really tops."..."  Read more

We apsolutly. Love this hot tub. We have a 2 and three year old and its shallow enough were they can stand fine. Jets and placing are wonderful. But I do not recommend over two adults. This is really a two person hot tub. We all love it. And I go in it with my kids a few times a day. I would def recon.end this tub to anyone who. Was looking for a hottub for personal use.
