Beautiful ceiling fanlight for small to medium rooms. I very specifically ordered the matte finish to avoid any reflections but the blades still have a fairly reflective surface. The base of the unit is made of sturdy materials. However, the pieces that handle the most movement seem the be made of the plastics you’d find in the toy bin at the bargain store when you’re running late for a child’s birthday party. The remote looks very nice but feels cheaply fragile and awkward in your hand. The blades are plastic and very light and feel almost flimsy. The lights make up for all the flaws. I ordered 4 of this style ceiling fan. 3 were fine. The last one had defective wiring to attach light to the fixture. Per Wayfair, had to go thru mfg. for resolution. Owner of my electrical company trouble shooted and was able to resolve the problem a couple days later. Appears to be working fine. However this did incur add'l cost for installation. My concern was when I requested replacement of ceiling fan there were only 3 left in stock. Feared would not be able to get another. The process ultimately turned out ok but was not comfortable how issue was handled for above reason especially since recently purchasing 3.
