UPDATE Fan is now installed on the ceiling. Looks very nice, but power is not yet hooked up to it so I have not yet been able to run it or turn the light on. As you can see by the photo, I do not yet have the fan installed but will add an update photo and an updated review in a few days when my contractor has installed it. The fan appears well made fan blades are actual real, solid wood and are very nice quality - no painted fake finish here. The surround that covers the motor is metal and nicely made. It fits flush against the ceiling. The fan also comes with a remote that controls both the fan and the LED light and you can change the color tone and brightness of the light. So I am looking forward to getting this light installed and will update my review then with new pictures and feedback on the fan operation. I think it’s going to look beautiful in my bedroom!. I wanted a fan with white blades and brass body to work with Lutron Caseta in wall fan and light controls. This does come with a wall control in the box but worked without any issue with the Lutron controls. I wasn't a fan of the black blades but for less than $25 you can buy white replacement fan blades from Craftmade. I do wish they sold this fan in that configuration out of the box.. Eric.
