Quiet and works well! Perfect for a fan thatll be over the foot of my bed with 7.5 ceilings (I needed it to be low profile). The fan works great and move a good bit of air! Spins up fast too. Only complaint I might have would be the response to the remote is kind of laggy and you cant hold the buttons down to make something happen (like to speed it updown 5 levels you cant hold it down, you have to click 5 times with about a half second between clicks). I didn’t realize when I ordered this fan that the blades are real wood and they’re absolutely beautiful. It was definitely a nice surprise. Install was pretty easy. Has step by step Instructions with pictures which is always great. The light is pretty bright with 3 temperatures of light cool blue, amber and bright white. The air flow is also good. Pretty awesome fan! It works for standard ceilings too. I have tried 2 other light fixtures for this spot and nothing worked( that’s until I received this fan. It was easy to put up but the body is very heavy. I needed my boyfriend to help so you should definitely have two people. We also had to put a piece of wood above the electrical thing for extra support. Make sure your mount is super sturdy and strong since this has weight to it. If not it could pull your electric box down leaving a gap. I give this fan 5 stars! The light works with my wall switch and remote. And it gives off plenty of light. Really nice light and fan combo, but in my opinion I could of given this product a 5 star rating. The only factor being that on the ceiling cover the manufacturer made no accommodation for a screw ring cover. The screws that hold the fan mount cover, are exposed instead of having a ring that covers the screws as other light assemblies have. That would of definitely improved the look. Attractive looking light that will definitely attract the view of the exposed screws. This fan was super easy to install, really moves the ait and is whisper quiet! I love the customization of the fan speed, light brightness/tone and timing available through the app, but the actual physical controller that came with the fan is junk.
