I wasn't a Wayfair member until I received an email regarding a "BIG" sale on ceiling fans. My existing fan that was more than 40-years-old, had recently quit working so I was "in the market" for a new one. When I finally narrowed down my selection, I called the Atlanta store for assistance with my purchase. The professional as well as very knowledgeable team member who answered my call, was extremely helpful with providing the assistance I needed. My purchase also required installation by one of Angi's contractors. The fan was delivered to my home the next day, with installation scheduled for the following day. The Angi contractor arrived within a couple of minutes of the scheduled installation time. My installation was more challenging than a standard installation because of my 11-foot plus ceiling height. The contractor went straight to work removing my existing fan and down-rod with no issues. He subsequently started the installation of my new fan like he had done this type of job multiple times in the past. He was so efficient with his installation that he completed the entire job in less than an hour without any issues at all. After he cleaned up the work area, he spent time with me explaining how to use my remote control for the fan. I was so pleased with the job from order placement to installation, I called the Atlanta store to tell them how satisfied I was and that I would continue to be a Wayfair customer.
