These fans are nice and have great airflow but are not high-end looking. For the price, you cant beat them. You can change the look of the fan if you are creative with the bulbs you use. Fan works well and was easy to assemble (took approximately 40 minutes for assembly with install without instructions). The remote it comes with has better functionality and responsiveness than most of the other fans I’ve installed, and can be wall mounted anywhere you like. Setup is perfect for any single switch with 2-wire, so you don’t need an additional switch to operate fanlight separately (Just don’t lose the remote). Light kit does not come with bulbs. Awesome upgrade!! It took a few days to arrive & when I received it I initially was worried about the hue of the gold tone...but once it was up I am so happy for the purchase. The installation seemed pretty straightforward out of the box....my handyman put it up fairly quick. Only critique was the battery that came with the remote was dead....so he fumbled with the fan/remote for an extra 10 min thinking something went wrong with the install...only for us to figure out that it was only the battery that was the culprit.
