Excellent light and fan fixture. Very good light and always runs quietly with good air movement. Simple, compact style looks good in place. Short drop tube is just right for a relatively low ceiling. The weight of this ceiling fan with light is perfect for a mobile home ceiling and the performance is great. Ability to modify the amount of light and the color of the light from white to yellow. Great easy adjustments on the direction and speed of the fan itself also wonderful. The timer to turn it off in an hour or two is very useful both at night and when leaving the house during the morning. Be sure to keep the remote at hand by mounting its holder near the wall switch.. This is a truly great fan! I decided to grab this for my outdoor gazebo. What a surprisingly nice outdoor ceiling fan! Its very nice to look at and has numerous functions. The remote control is easy to operate and the fanlight responds immediately. The light has at least 3 hues and they can all be dimmed. The fan is absolutely quiet. You can reverse blade spin direction to suit the weather and easily control speed. I really wanted to love this fan. I purchased it specifically to install in place of the existing fluorescent light in the garage so I had a lightfan and was able to play music while working out on my Nordic Track. The fan is super lightweight and was easy to install. It does vibrate quite a bit when at the highest setting as stated in another review. I do like the different colors and options on the app, but my biggest complaint is that the fan barely puts out any air. I was excited to see a practical looking fan with the same features for the garage. I tried using the app and it can be a bit wonky at first but it does work. All features worked the music.
