It runs very quietly, which was important to us, and the airflow is great for a larger room with higher ceilings. The smart features and remote are also convenient and easy to use. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that ours seems to have a slight wobble when running, even after installation, so it doesn’t feel perfectly balanced or leveled. Was a perfect upgrade for out sun room. The app is very slow and having two makes it even more challenging. Kinda sad that the tech can’t be more advanced but it does the job.
