I absolutely love this sectional couch! I have to be honest, I was really nervous about ordering this. Some reviews weren't the best. I was worried about it coming in 4 different shipments, which I also have to be honest, 3 boxes came excatly on time and the 4th and main box came the day after. This didn't bother me to badly. I think everyone needs to practice patience sometimes. The cushions sprang right up. The covers went on easily. I like they can go on and off to wash. I thought the instructions were easy enough. In my opinion, it definitely takes two people to link the pieces into place but all in all, set up took maybe an hour if that. The storage seat lifts good and the pull-out slides up and out nicely. Easy to do. This couch is so incredibly soft! I super love the way it feels. I've had this a few week's now and have had zero issues. Except trying to keep my little dog off! Lol! He thinks it's his new bed. The cushions are firm but not to firm. Perfect size for my living room and family. I didn't want something huge taking up our entire space and I just wasn't finding that at the furniture stores. I'll say one last thing, I do advise combing this to keep it fluffy. Which I find rather soothing to do. Other than that, this is a great piece. If you're on the fence but the dimensions fit your space and you love soft and fluffy, just get it. You'll be happy you did! ☺️. Denise. Dolores, CO. Tue Sep 15 2026

It’s soft but hard. I don’t mind that. I like nice and firm on the back anyways. Color is really pretty too. Elena. Fri Sep 18 2026

We are really happy with this sectional so far! It is very spacious, comfortable, and easily fits our whole family. The seats are nice and deep and it looks great in our room. It did take a little fluffing and adjusting after setup to get the cushions looking full. My only concern is that the fabric seems like it could potentially snag, especially in a home with kids and cats, so I’m curious to see how it holds up over time. Overall, we’re very happy with it!. So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

Bring flexible comfort into your home with this compression cloud sectional sofa, thoughtfully designed for modern, space-conscious living. Built with a fully cushioned, boneless foam structure, it delivers a softer, more adaptive seating experience compared to traditional frame-based sofas. Each piece is vacuum-compressed for easier delivery and sized to move smoothly through standard doorways and elevators. Unpack and Recover - Setting on the floor and unpack the edge, simply allow 24–72 hours for the foam to fully expand and settle into its intended shape. There is no risk of sudden rebound injury with no pocket spring design. Please Note: Due to vacuum compression and roll-pack, cushions and armrests may appear slightly uneven or wrinkled when first opened. This is normal and temporary. Allow time for full expansion, to speed up recovery or smooth out cushions, use a blow dryer on warm/cool setting or a steam iron carefully over the cushion surface.
