So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

We got this couch a couple months ago and so far like it a lot! The most important thing to note is that the depth is not as deep as most living room couches. It's also quite firm (which we like). It's more like a waiting room furniture than living room, but we love the clean look and the support. It's great that all the pieces are interchangeable, rotating them will help reduce wear.. Overall, I’m very happy with this couch. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and fits perfectly in my apartment. The neutral color goes with everything, and it feels sturdy once assembled. The only downside was that assembly took longer than expected because some of the hardware that connects the sections was slightly misaligned, making it a bit challenging to put together. Once everything was in place, though, it was absolutely worth it. I’d also love to see this couch offered in more colors—especially a rich caramel brown, which I think would be a gorgeous option. I’d definitely recommend it!. Madison. Tue Jul 28 2026

This couch is so cute and fits perfect in my little apartment!! If anyone is wondering, this couch came in 6 boxes total, each box was 40-50 lbs with the heaviest weighing over 65lbs. The only complaint I have is with the directions. They listed a part that was apparently needed, but through reading the instructions on how to put the couch together, it turns out that it wasn’t needed at all and was just a ghost part lol. Abbi.
