Assembly was easy enough, unpacking the parts from the box was the most difficult part. They were packed in so tight that I was at one time afraid I’d break something. Overall we really like this couch!! We didn’t realize that the cream color one doesn’t come with the arms to open and close the ottomans, there’s just wooden boards that run over the compartments and work as the structure for the seats.
