However because it is long and the frame doesn’t come apart, it didn’t fit in our basement that has a 32” door and a tight corner. The only thing to be aware of is that it needs to be placed some inches away from the wall to give clearance for rhe back to go down when flattening into a bed. This sofa is fantastic! Easily worth twice the money . It makes the living room look great. It is comfortable too. It does take a bit of time to put together but well worth the time it takes. It is such a beautiful dark blue that it will go well with black and dark brown colors and also turquoise and lighter blue colors. I could not buy anything better at a high quality furniture store for trice the price. Wayfair makes my decorating life on a budget so easy. My guests rave about this sofa with the Wayfair rug together. When I tell them I got it from Wayfair and what it cost they are amazed in the best way.
